The Club visited the beautiful French Alps in July 2019, to spend several days riding in the Mountains and watching the Tour de France at first hand.

Whilst our riding was a success, we can't say the same for the Pro's who had to abandon the Stage we were planning to watch, due to snow and mud slides - leaving the Club's hardy members standing by the roadside on the climb to the planned summit finish in Tignes!

Despite this and the temperature fluctuating from 40 degrees to freezing over the space of 4 days a fantastic time was had by all and we will be back.
